Benjamin Madrigal Jr., stresses that there are ongoing efforts and activities to secure all military communications against espionage, during an interview on the sidelines of the signing of a memorandum of agreement between the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the country’s new telco player Mindanao Islamic Telephone Company (Mislatel) in Camp Aguinaldo on Wednesday (September 11, 2019).
