Marawi chamber wins award

MANILA - The Bangon Marawi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BMCCI) was awarded the Most Outstanding Chamber - Young Chamber Category during the last day of this year's 45th Philippine Business Conference and Expo on October 17, 2019 at the Manila Hotel. The Most Outstanding Chamber Award is given to local chambers by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) who have exhibited excellent performance in chamber management, policy advocacy, and successful implementation of projects and activities.

BMCCI President Elian Macala received the award from President Rodrigo Duterte and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Ramon Lopez during the conference’s closing ceremonies. The awarding ceremony

was witnessed by PCCI officials led by President Maria Alegria Limjoco and around 1,000 business officials, industry leaders, policymakers, and leaders of local business chambers from all over the country.
