Marco Polo hosts CGD Cup 2019

DAVAO CITY - Marco Polo Davao in cooperation with Philippines Shooters & Match Officers Confederation and Task Force Davao, successfully hosted the CGD Cup 2019 held at Region 11 Sphinx Shooting Range, Camp Apolinario in Panacan.

General Manager Colin Healy were present and participated in a shooting practice after the competition.

The CGD Cup 2019 is an annual sanctioned match on handgun, revolver and mini-rifle shooting competition which started in 2000 with participants only from Marco Polo Davao organized by Francis Suan with support from Sec. Carlos G. Dominguez.

After two years of postponement during the Martial Law period, the participants now grew to a huge enthusiasts coming from all over Davao. Participants arrived from various private groups as well as private and government companies like G.I., Alsons, Trigger FIST, and Right Eight Security Agency with the Philippine Army, Coast Guard, PDEA and Police personnel.
