Del Monte, Samal Dist., Island Garden City of Samal, leaving behind a parcel of land particularly described as follows: TCT No. T-C.19031, containing an area of 12,564 sq. meters, more or less, located at Brgy. del Monte, Samal Dist., Island Garden City of Samal, has been the subject of an EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE executed by his heirs per Doc.
