EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE INTESTATE ESTATE OF ROGELIO TENORIO AND ALICIA TENORIO WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS.

Pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, notice is hereby given that the estate of the late Rogelio Tenorio and Alicia Tenorio who died intestate on August 17, 2012 and June 24, 2005, respectively in Davao City;

That the deceased at the time of their respective deaths left a house and lot consisting of 145 Square Meters more or less located in No. 92 Sunflower St., Landmark III, Sasa, Davao City, which he purchased through mortgage with Social Security System (SSS);

That when Rogelio Tenorio died he was still indebted to the SSS as his loan was not yet fully paid;

That they were not aware that his loan with the SSS was not yet paid in full and for this reason the same remained unpaid until the present; That no other personal properties are involved in this extrajudicial settlement;

That the said property mentioned above has been the subject of EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE INTESTATE ESTATE OF ROGELIO TENORIO AND ALICIA TENORIO WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS made and executed by and among their heirs per Doc. No. 99; Page No. 21; Book No. XVI; Series of 2020 of the Notary Public IMELDA D. LOPEZ-EVANGELIO of Davao City. (MT-May 4, 9 & 16, 2022)
