DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND WITH SALE

Pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, notice is hereby given that the estate of the late JOSE D. PAÑO who died intestate on May 30, 1988 at Bankal, Matanao, Davao del Sur; That the deceased at the time of his death he was able to acquire possessed, and awarded with a residential Lot, known as Lot 12, Block 36, Pcs 4790 of the Toril Townsite Residential Subdivision, situated at Toril, Davao City, containing an area of Seven Hundred Eighty One (781) Square Meters more or less; That the mentioned property above has been the subject of DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND WITH SALE made and executed by and among his heirs per Doc. No. 184; Page No. 38; Book XI Series of 2020 of the Notary Public RYAN ERIK C. SANTIAGO of Davao City.
