Enjoy Abreezy Summer with a park, a market, and a kids’ camp

-

The summer of 2022 vibrates with energy and excitement, as individuals, families, and kids begin to go out again and rediscover fun. To bring more fun, wholesome, and safe options to its customers, Ayala

Malls Abreeza kicks off Abreezy Summer, a packed lineup of summer activities that promises a season of enjoyment, learning, and discovery.

Food, coffee, music, and more at the Summer

Food Park and Street Brews

On all weekends of May, Abreeza’s vibrant fountain area fronting JP Laurel Avenue transforms into the Summer Food Park, where mall-goers can explore new food finds, enjoy live music, and hang out while basking in the summer vibe. The outdoor event brings together Davao-based mobile food entrepreneurs as part of the mall’s Alagang Ayalaland initiative, a community engagement program that provides selling opportunities for local small businesses at Abreeza. Serving lip-smacking creations and refreshing drinks from charming and inventively designed food trucks are By Emilia, The Brewing Cab, The Delish Food Co., Kaizen, Kawa Original Chicken Kawali, and Tasa at Kape x Teatles. Summer Food Park runs Fridays through Sundays of May, from 2pm to 8pm.

Other mainstays to catch at Abreeza’s fountain area are Grind Coffee and Kanto Coffee, two coffee carts that make up Abreeza’s Street Brews mobile coffee pop-up. Abreeza launched Street Brews in March 2021, also under the Alagang AyalaLand program, to help baristas who had lost their jobs rebuild their livelihood during the pandemic. To this day, Street Brews continues to attract a steady stream of shoppers, coffee enthusiasts, commuters, and bikers, allowing the coffee entrepreneurs to grow their businesses in the midst of the pandemic. Street Brews runs daily from 3pm to 7pm.

Support local farmers at Farmer’s Market

In another Alagang AyalaLand project, Abreeza boosts the livelihood of local agricultural groups by bringing their produce straight to a captured market of mall-goers. At Farmer’s Market at the GF Restaurant Row, shoppers get to purchase farmfresh vegetables and fruits, fruit- and vegetable-based snacks, dried fish, plants, and more straight from the farmers and producers.

Farmer’s Market is a project in partnership with the Department of Agriculture's Kadiwa ni Ani at Kita. It runs daily from 1pm to 6pm.
