NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF CORPORATE TERM OF SEJ BUILDERS AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY, INC. doing business under the name and style of SEJ CONTRACTORS

Notice is hereby given that in the meetings held on November 15, 2021, at the principal office of the Corporation at Km 7 Mac Arthur Highway, Tahimik, Matina Crossing, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Region XI, 8000 the majority of the board of directors and stockholders owning at least two thirds (2/3) of the outstanding capital stock of SEJ BUILDERS AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY INC. doing business under the name and style of SEJ CONTRACTORS (“Corporation”) voted to pass and affirm resolutions approving the shortening of the corporate term of the Corporation until November 15, 2021. The Corporation will file the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation to shorten its corporate term. All person having just claims against the retired corporation are required to submit the same to its authorized representative, JUNNIFER ALBISO SUSON at Km 7 Mac Arthur Highway, Tahimik, Matina Crossing, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Region XI, 8000, This will serve as notice to the parties concerned of the legal retirement of SEJ BUILDERS AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY INC., doing business under the name and style of SEJ CONTRACTORS from operations in the Philippines.
