EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

Pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules on Court of the Philippines, notice is hereby given that the estate of the late RODOLFO ESCANDOR, SR., who died intestate on in Davao City on January 3, 2014 and ANICETA ESCANDOR, who died intestate in Davao City on October 28, 12018;

That the deceased at the time of their respective deaths, left the property, to wit:

Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-146037 ‘’A parcel of land (Lot 3380-M-5, Psd-11-024240, being a portion of Lot 3880-M, (LRC) Psd-201242, situated in the of Davao, containing an area of Four Hundred Fifty Seven (457) Square Meters more or less, has been the subject of EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE made and executed by and among their heirs per Doc.
