A beautiful French door will welcome you at the Pink Peony Nail
Salon. Once you enter, you will be greeted by spacious interiors decorated with subtle pink and gray accents. Ella Fitzgerald croons from the vintage- inspired radio displayed at the back of the salon. Salon owner Romina Sotto says that the interiors were meant to look like a lady's dressing room.
The Pink Peony Hand Spa ( P420) is one of the signature treatments. After soaking, a very fragrant scrub, especially formulated for the salon— the Pink Peony scrub— will be used to gently exfoliate the skin. A fifteen- minute massage will follow, using the Pink Peony lotion, which, like the scrub, was made in- house. Then, the nails will be painted with your choice of polish.
Pink Peony carries a variety of nail polish brands like the classic Chanel; the non- toxic formaldehyde- free, toluene- free, and DBP- free Sheswai; and the very vogue CND Shellac which is a gel polish dried via UV light and will last for almost a month. According to Romina, customers still ask mostly for classic colors such as pink and red for their polish. Also available at the salon are Sally Hansen nail polish strips.
