It’s another school day. A sophomore at De La Salle University wakes up with a smile on her face because she is eager to spend another day learning new things. While most of her classmates are still on the road, she takes her sweet time getting ready for the day. She lives at W. H. Taft Residences and her university is just a few steps away. In fact, she doesn’t even have to cross the street as W. H. Taft Residences is right beside Gate 1.
8:45 AM
She takes a quick breakfast. While munching on her pancakes, our student reviews notes for her first class. Through the glass windows, she can see that some of her classmates are starting to arrive, still frazzled from their long commute. She thanks her parents for providing her the perfect home in the city. She cannot imagine commuting for an hour or two every day just to get to class!
9:30 AM
Safe in class, our brighteyed sophomore quickly gets lost in the history of ancient civilizations, getting to know how our ancestors lived thousands of years ago.

She forgot the book review that she printed out for her English class. Fortunately, she just lives next door, and the thoughtful layout designed by Villarosa Architects helped her get in and
out of W.H. Taft Residences swiftly and easily.

Right on time for English. She presents her book review in class, fiercely defending the various points that she made.

Lunch is at home, where one of her besties has volunteered to cook a lasagna for the whole gang! While some of them help out in the kitchen, our sophomore takes some of her friends to W.H. Taft Residences’ multipurpose hall, where they form an instant study group for their Physics class late that afternoon. Because the whole development is Wi-Fi enabled, they can easily Google difficult terms or access relevant materials.
3 PM
After the delicious lunch, she is back in school for her Physics class. The study session proved to be a lifesaver as their professor decided to give the class a pop quiz! She and her friends will definitely be using that multi-purpose hall more often from thereon!
6:30 PM
Our young W.H. Taft resident meets up with her friends at Chatime after class. They relax and talk about the highlights of the day over their favorite tea concoctions. Afterwards, our student walks back to W.H. Taft Residences. There, she goes to a convenience store on the second floor to buy some snacks and soap before going home.
9:30 PM
Tucked in bed, our sophomore student gets ready for good night’s sleep. Though she lives alone in the city, with her parents in the province, she is secure in the thought that she resides in a safe and secure location. Security cameras and well-guarded entry points make sure that unsavory elements do not gain access to the residential quarters. This important factor, along with the condominium development’s contemporary design and marvelous location, makes living at W.H.Taft a pleasurable experience.
