Gamera, Commercial Building situated in the government area; Classification: Building, Area: 64.53 sq.m; Actual Use: Commercial; Location of Property: So. Pescadores, Osmeña, Culion, Palawan; Tax Declaration No. 10-013-0604; Property Identification No. 066-10-013-07-076-(P1), Owner: Richard M. Gamera; Improvements (Plants/Trees) situated in the government area; Classification Plants/Tress, Actual Use: Agricultural, location of Property: So. Tancon Malaki, Osmeña, Culion, Palawan; and Tax Declaration No.: 10-003-0054; Property Identification No. 066-10-003-08-039-(P1); Owner: Richard M. Gamera; Improvements (Plants/Trees) situated in the government area; Classification: Plants/Tress, Actual Use: Agricultural, location: So. Dacanao, Binudac, Culion, Palawan; N2 7 (5()25( by virtue of said Writ of Execution the Sheriff of Regional Trial Court, Branch 52, Puerto Princesa City, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for CASH and in Philippines Currency, on June 28, 2018 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter at the main entrance of Regional Trial Court, Hall of Justice Building, Bgy. Sta. Monica, Puerto Princesa City, the rights, interests and participation of accused Richard M. Gamera, in the above-described real properties with all the improvements thereon in order to satisfy said Writ of Execution, together with interests, costs, sheriff’s fees and the expenses of sale.
