On March 31, 8990 Holdings, Inc. held a project launching and blessing of the Phase 2 of Deca Homes. It was graced by Pavia mayor Michael B. Gorriceta, Ariel Gerarda, Corazon Pedregosa, Antonio Gallenero, Engel June Suarez and Deca Homes assistant general manager Glenn D. Romanillos.

Deca Homes Pavia Resort and Residences Phase 2 is set to finish 2,980 units this year, about double than the number of units in Phase 1 which is already fully occupied. There are no occupants in Phase 2 yet but there have already been serious inquiries. About 200 units are already finished and about 800 units are being constructed.

A buyer that issues a letter of intent can immediately occupy a unit that is finished provided a 30- percent equity down payment. The rest of the 1.140- million regular price of the unit can be paid in-house or through Pag-ibig to which Deca Homes is exclusively tied with. A client opting for a unit in a specific corner in Phase 2 but such unit in such area is not yet finished, client will have to wait for that unit to be finished.

According to Romanillos, the highlight of the Phase 2 offer is the free fence.

“In Phase 1, buyers have to install their fence on their own expense. In Phase 2, buyers get a free fence. Also, Phase 1 residents who may buy another unit in Phase 2 will have a discount. Both phases will also enjoy a discount upon entrance to the Wakeboard Park which is situated at Phase 1,” he said.

The Wakeboard Park is also open to non-Deca Homes Pavia residents on a regular fee. It will operate during daytime only.
