No suspect yet in bizman shooting – Kalibo police

KALIBO, Aklan – The total volume of fishery production in the province of Aklan declined by 1.9 percent due to the decrease in output of subsectors, a Philippine Statistics Authority report showed.

Data showed the total fishery production reached 22,694.31 metric tons (MT) last year, which means a decrease of 440.19 MT from 23,134.5 MT in 2015.

C o mmercial f i s h e r y production dropped by five percent from ( 1,030 MT in 2015 to 971 MT in 2016), while municipal fishery production dropped by six percent (from 9,737.33 MT in 2015 to 9, 236.79 MT in 2016).

Aquacultur­e went up by one percent with 12,486.34 MT in 2016 from 12,367.56 MT in 2015.

Of the three subsectors, aquacultur­e shared the biggest production with 55.02 percent attacked while inside his car near the Boy Scout of the Philippine­s office on in the total output, followed by municipal subsector with 40.70 percent and commercial subsector with 4.28 percent.

Solina was able to drive himself to the provincial hospital after the incident. He s ustained g unshot wounds on the left arm and left leg.

The businessma­n has already been discharged.
