ILOILO City – Is Bo­ra­cay ready to wel­come tourists back? This is a “mil­lion dol­lar ques­tion”, ac­cord­ing to an of­fi­cial of the lo­cal gov­ern­ment of Malay, Ak­lan which has ad­min­is­tra­tive ju­ris­dic­tion over the world-fa­mous is­land re­sort.
