The province of Capiz is welcoming athletes from the six provinces of Western Visayas who are vying for the chance to represent the region in the Palarong Pambansa bound to happen in Davao City this April 2019. With the theme, “Hampang Nga May Paghiliiug­yon Ipasanyog sa Aton Banwa,” the event formally kicked off afternoon of Feb. 17, and was attended by around 6,000 athletes and coaching staff together with dignitarie­s and supporters.
