Antique under Alert Level 2 until May 15

ANTIQUE – This province’s pandemic Alert Level 2 status has been extended up to May 15, except for four towns that have been placed under the “new normal” status of Alert Level 1 – Anini- y, Tobias Fornier, San Jose de Buenavista, and Sebaste which all have high vaccinatio­n rates against coronaviru­s disease 2019 ( COVID- 1) and low infections.

Gov. Rhodora Cadiao’s

Executive Order No. 32- B, Series of 2022 spelled out the guidelines that people must adhere to.

For Returning Antiqueños

T h e a r r i v a l o f returning Antiqueños via the Antique airport, Lipata ( Culasi) port, or any other part or airport in Panay Island shall be coordinate­d with the concerned Municipal Health Office for assessment and monitoring.

Public transport is allowed f or t hose who have no private vehicles.

For fully vaccinated returning Antiqueños five years old or above from

areas outside Region 6:

* present COVID- 19 vaccinatio­n card / vaccinatio­n certificat­e and valid ID / birth certificat­e

* secure a notice of coordinati­on f r om t he

Municipal Coordinato­r for Returning Antiqueños for monitoring purposes of the Municipal Local Government Unit (MLGU)

For unvaccinat­ed or not fully vaccinated returning Antiqueños five years old or above from areas outside

Region 6

* secure negative swab test, provided that the test has been conducted after five days of strict quarantine from the point of origin; provided further that the test result was done not earlier than three days before travel to the province of Antique

* s e c u r e n o t i c e o f c oordi n a t i on f r om t he municipali­ty concerned for returning Antiqueños

* present valid ID/ birth certificat­e.

* provide an approved S-PaSS Quick Response code; apply for S- PaSS at least 12 hours before travel to give leeway to the coordinato­r to process the request

For unvaccinat­ed children four years of age or below from areas outside

Region 6

* secure negative antigen test result, provided that the test has been conducted after a five-day strict quarantine from the point of origin; provided further, that the test result was done not earlier that three days before travel to the province of Antique

* secure notice of coordinati­on from the municipali­ty concerned * present birth certificat­e. * provide an approved S-PaSS Quick Response code; apply for S- PaSS at least 12 hours before travel to give leeway to the coordinato­r to process the request).

For APORs

Fully vaccinated Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs) of national government agencies, their attached agencies, and other local government units, traveling on official business and coming from places outside of Region 6 shall:

* pre s e n t COV I D- 19 vaccinatio­n card/ vaccinatio­n certificat­e

* provide their travel/mission order and valid ID

For unvaccinat­ed or not fully vaccinated APORs traveling on official business within Region

6 shall:

* secure negative swab test result, provided that the test has been conducted after five days of strict quarantine from the point of origin; provided further that the test result was done not earlier than three days before travel to the province of Antique.

* present travel order/ mission order and valid ID

* provide an approved S-PaSS Quick Response code (apply for S- PaSS at least 12 hours before travel to give leeway to the coordinato­r to process the request).

For tourists or staycation­ers anywhere from the Philippine­s

* valid ID * COVID-19 vaccinatio­n card or vaccinatio­n certificat­e or medical certificat­e stating that the holder is not eligible for COVID-19 vaccine

* proof of booking reservatio­n issued by a Department of Tourism- accredited resort or hotel; provided, that if the tourist will not stay overnight, booking, reservatio­n is no longer necessary./
