I LOILO City – The 2 0 2 2 e l e c t i o n i s ove r. The r e mova l of campaign posters and other el e c t i onrelated materials has commenced.
The City Environment and Natural Resources Of f i c e ( C e n r o) a nd General Services Office ( GSO) are spearheading the effort in public plazas, city streets, etc.
Dubbed as Operation Baklas, Mayor J erry Treñas asked the support of barangay officials and volunteers.
Yesterday, CENRO personnel conducted Operation Baklas at Mandurriao public plaza, among others, and at Tanza Cemetery in the City Proper.
Operation Baklas will continue until the city has been get rid of election campaign materials./
