French national found dead in Roxas

ROXAS City – A French national was found dead in his room in Barangay Baybay on Monday.

Pascal Bernard Raymond Chatel was 65.

His house caretaker found him dead in his bed, according to the city police.

The police station was immediately alerted and Scene of the Crime Operatives were deployed.

Chatel’s common- law wife told the police the Frenchman was suffering from pneumonia, diabetes and high-blood pressure./
