Golden repeat for Cray, Amit in SEAG

MANILA – Eric Cray extended his reign as the Southeast Asian Games 400- meter hurdles king with another blazing show last night at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The 33- year- old Cray notched his fifth straight SEA Games gold medal in the event. He submitted a time of 50.41 seconds. Overall, this was his seventh SEA Games gold.

“Man, i t ’ s a blessing ( winning his seventh SEAG gold). I thank God for this. I feel that I still got one more left in me,” said Cray, who is set to compete in the men’s 100 meter dash tonight.
