Magsaysay, Joel and Gerry Teves rule WCD

THE TRIO of JV Magsaysay and Joel and Gerry Teves swept the competition to top the 2012 National Cockers Alliance-world Championship Derby at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig over the weekend.

The trio’s “Tiffany and AMA” amassed 6 1/2 points, besting “Mulawin” of Rudy Albano, “Jacob Star of Negros” of Johnny Jalandoni, “Thunderbird Binangonan” of Nene Araneta and Dong Lamoste, “Dynasty” of Henry Tan, “Jade Resort 2” of Arman Santos, “Araw ng Davao” of Dori Du and “CPB JGT AAO” of Claude Bautista who all posted 6 points.

Collecting 5 points were “CJT Pleasant SF 1” of T. Sevilla, “Tiffany and GCT” of Danny Teves, “BST Scorpio Binangonan of Ricky Valencia, “Firefly 15” of Tom Wilson, “SF Firefly 12” of Bebot Uy and “Tungkong Mangga” of Tady Palma.
