Seminar on crafting risk management manual
A SEMINAR/WORKSHOP on “Best Practices in Crafting A Customized Risk Management Manual” will be held on March 28 and 29 at the Edsa Shangri-la Hotel, Mandaluyong City.
The seminar/workshop is organized by the Center for Global Best Practices.
A manual will help institutionalize a company’s risk management system. It can be a useful tool in preventing and/or mitigating many risks and save companies money.
The two-day program will cover risk management concepts presented in a manualized format, with examples and templates to serve as practical guides.
For those with a background in risk management, the program will serve as a refresher course. It will also provide updates on recent developments.
The program will provide participants hands-on experience in crafting and documenting a risk management manual.
Participants are encouraged to bring their existing risk management manuals for insights and feedback from experts.
The resource person is Lilian S. Linsangan, a former partner in charge and head of Specialist Advisory Services Division of Punongbayan and Araullo. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the audit of various local and multinational companies.
