The same article also erroneously stated the position held by Taleon at San Beda. She is the prefect of student affairs—not the dean of San Beda school of discipline.
The same article also erroneously stated the disciplinary actions imposed on students who faced administrative cases for violation of the school policy on underground organizations. Violators face either suspension or exclusion—not expulsion.

The 2010 census puts the total population of the region at 5,420,411—not 1,233,432. The correct figure also brings the density of the region at 299 persons per square kilometer—not 58 persons per square kilometer.
*** IN THE AUG. 13 ISSUE, an Across the Nation story on Page A18—“4 Luzon dams opened to release water”—erroneously stated the location of Binga Dam. It is located in Benguet—not Ifugao, Benguet.
*** IN THE SAME ISSUE, a Business story on Page B3-1 carried an erroneous headline—“Burdened by financial woes, BCDA asks locators to pitch in.” The subject of the story was the SBMA (Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority)—not the BCDA (Bases Conversion Development Authority).
