CEU-SNHM student wins in the 4th Qcna

CENTRO Escolar University-School of Nutrition and Hospitality Management (CEUSNHM)'s Rensis Estrella was proclaimed 1st runner up in the Regional DivisionKakaibang Panghimagas for his "Mango Ibos Panna Cotta" in the 4th QCna held at the Sky Dome of SM North EDSA from Sept. 25 to 27. Estrella is a 4th year Hotel and Restau- rant Management student and the president of the CEU-Association of Hotel and Restaurant Management Students (AHRMS). QCna is a four year-old event organized by the Quezon City local government in cooperation with the local culinary arts, tourism, entertainment, and education sectors to promote the city.
