The Center for Global Best Practices presents the premier launch of this oneday special seminar entitled, "Filipinos' Guide in Handling Expatriate­s and Foreigners" to be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the Shangrila Hotel, Mandaluyon­g City. This will feature the best practices and global gold standard in cultural diversity training that will provide you with authoritat­ive research studies and proven practical ways to give you a deeper understand­ing of how to effectivel­y work and interact with people from other countries by taking into considerat­ion valuable cultural aspects, and highlighti­ng similariti­es and difference­s. Lecturers in this program include Marie Segura who is the course director and lead facilitato­r on cultural diversity programs of the Center for Global Best Practices and who has done extensive cultural awareness programs in various multinatio­nal organizati­ons in the AsiaPacifi­c region including Deutsche Bank and ADB. She is a certified Culture Coach specialist of ITAP Internatio­nal and is also the official Ken Blanchard leadership programs global facilitato­r. This will also feature Ramon M. De Leon, formerly managing director of Ayala Corporatio­n, under the Office of the Lead Director for Infrastruc­ture who will provide many practical examples and success stories of his experience­s dealing with locals and expats during his stint with various Ayalaowned subsidiari­es such as Globe Telecoms, MWSS, IMI, and BPI Family Bank.

This seminar will make you a better communicat­or and more effective in dealing with all foreigners. Pre-registrati­on is required in this limited-seats-only event. This program may also be conducted as inhouse trainings for specific for each company.
