5th BDO Race for Life to fund housing drive

BDO Unibank and BDO Foundation hope to sustain funding for disaster-relief projects with the staging of the 5th BDO Race for Life on April 7 at Mall of Asia grounds in Pasay.

Entry fee is P450 for the 3K race, P550 for 5K, P700 for 10K and P900 for 21K. Participants will be issued a singlet and a timing device each.

Race proceeds will help fund the housing projects and community facilities of BDO Foundation, Inc. for disaster victims.

Among these are the GK Community in San Jose del Monte, Starville Shelter 3 in Baliwag, Lexber Homes in Calumpit, all in Bulacan; UN Habitat Ancop Homes in Caloocan; and SM-BDO-GK Village in Cagayan de Oro.

Registration at all BDO and Chris Sports branches will end on March 15. Race kits will be released on March 19 to 21 at selected BDO branches and at BDO Foundation Inc. in Makati on March 23 and 24.
