AROUND 1,500 members of the Miriam College (MC) community "ran as one" with their families last July 21 in MC's Cool Family Run, the first official fun run activity of the school organized by the Maryknoll College High School Class of 1988 in cooperation with Miriam College. The event was for the benefit of the school's newest campus in the south, Miriam College Nuvali. For the MC community, the fun run was a chance to bond with their families in a healthy way. Miri- am College is expanding its horizons as it opens a new campus in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna in 2014. Like the main Quezon City branch, Miriam College Nuvali will champion the same academic excellence and values and will carry the tagline "nurturing the leader in every child." The new branch will offer pre-school and Grades 1, 2 and 7 on its first year and will add levels in the succeeding years including high school and college.
