GSE LAW FIRM ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS
GERODIAS SUCHIANCO Estrella (GSE) Law Firm recently announced that Michael G. Acaban has been admitted to the Partnership effective 01 January 2014. Mike (Ateneo College '01, UP Law '05) actively handles referrals in the fields of corporate and commercial law and taxation such as corporate organization and restructuring, acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions, investments, leasing and estate planning.
GSE Law Firm also announced the elevation of Grace Patricia Vilchez-Custodio from Junior Partner to Partner, and the promotion of Maria Kristine "KQ" A. Quimpo from Junior Associate to Associate.
Grace (Ateneo College ' 96, Ateneo Law '00) handles corporate, taxation, intellectual property and estate planning referrals. Her practice involves foreign investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and special registrations with governmental agencies. She has assisted clients on loans and debt restructuring negotiations and the establishment of branch offices, subsidiaries, representative offices and regional operating headquarters in the Philippines. She has also been involved in various special projects involving real estate development, telecommunications, mining and gas exploration, and has likewise rendered corporate secretary work for various companies.
KQ (De La Salle College '04, Ateneo Law '08) handles all stages of civil, commercial and criminal litigation in all courts of justice and administrative bodies.
Coinciding with its 8th year, GSE Law Firm now has eight (8) partners and a complement of nineteen (19) associates and thirty-four (34) support staff.
