I am delighted that I hav newfound Ilonggo buddy
We hit it off instan ly when I interviewed him o the phone because I speak Hil gaynon fluently.
He was surprised to lear that I’m not Ilonggo by birth yet I converse as if Ilonggo was my native tongue. Since then, we’ve been enjoying texting in Ilonggo about funny and off-the-record stuff.
James is so down-toearth, he makes me forget that he’s a PBA superstar.
We have the same choice of poison: vodka. I ribbed him to hurry and bag the championship already so we could celebrate and vodkanize He agreed and said he had been thirsty.
Our running joke is that should keep his eyes on the and on the Double V goal: Vic and Vodka!
