We took it upon ourselves to come up with unique and delicious sandwiches for all the three stages of the competition. We did a lot of taste testing and experimentation as well as used all the comments of our customers in perfecting our recipes," enthused both Bianca and Vanessa.

Looking back, both team members shared that what they went through as teammates made their friendship deeper and likewise, memorable because they had to learn to work well together and trust each other more. They also learned to be more patient and to take each other's criticism constructively.

"Winning this competition is a testament of our dedication to our craft and we will definitely use all the experiences that we have gained here to further build on our culinary skills and defend our Next Big Sandwich Hit crown in next year's competition," continued Team Bianessa.
