PIAA LED lightbar to be introduced at the MIAS
PIAA Corporation of Japan, the world's authority in driving lights, recently announced its expansion plans for the domestic market. Hidemi Miyoshi, GM for New Business Development/Global Business of PIAA Japan, was in town recently and revealed that they are set to introduce the latest in driving lights technology for the local market.
"PIAA LED light bars are different from every other light bar out there. The RF Series features Reflector Facing Technology (RFT) that concentrates and focuses the beam pattern of the reflector-facing LED bulbs more precisely than forward facing LED lights. This allows for a true, controlled beam pattern, along with more light output per watt versus the competition," explains Miyoshi.
PIAA wanted to perfect LED lighting when it designed reflector-facing bulbs and new "first-in-the-industry" reflector technology. The innovative design offers significantly improved lighting and beam control compared to conventional LED and halogen lamps with forward-facing bulbs.

Both the RF Series and LP Series of PIAA LED lamps provide brilliant illumination, but with lower power consumption than conventional LED and halogen lamps. They light the road with bright white color that is clearly visible to oncoming traffic, providing an added measure of driving safety.
