The Only Beauty Trade Show in The Philippines, philbeauty 2015 opens its doors in 2 days
The last few years have seen a constant upward trend in the beauty and cosmetics industries in the Philippines, a situation which is expected to continue in the future. One contributor to such success is the philbeauty trade show, which is expected to attract more than 200 leading exhibitors this year from countless countries across the world. Scheduled to take place from 8 to 10 July at SMX Convention Centre in Pasay City, this second consecutive year is set to be even bigger and better than the previous event. New products, services and technologies will all be presented, and expectations are high as regards business opportunities.
As one of the must-visit events of the Philippine beauty industry calendar, the philbeauty trade fair can count on large crowds waiting as it opens its door to reveal the latest trends, services and business opportunities available. Ms. Anna Marie T. Anastacio, President of the Chamber of Cosmetics Industry of the Philippines sums up the importance of the fair:" There is nothing better than face-to-face engagement to develop business relationship. Philbeauty is set to be the biggest edition yet with an International Beauty Conference 2015, which will be held alongside the three?day exhibition, will be led by some of the most influential experts in the industry, offering fresh insights into the most current issues and topical trends including manufacturing, packaging, raw materials and fragrance, as well as a comprehensive overview of the cosmetic market and registration processes in the Philippines. The exhibition will also host several product knowledge workshops and seminars as part of the professional education programme.
High-level representatives from the Chamber of Cosmetics Industry of the Philippines, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Packaging Institute of the Philippines, International Fragrance Association, Philippine Manufacturer Association, Food and Drug Administration Philippine and Department of Environment and Natural Resources will present at the conference.
Philbeauty 2015 will feature a comprehensive line-up of hair, make-up and nail demonstrations by the Philippine International Cosmetologist Association, Filipino Hairdressers Cooperative and Beauty Concept. Philbeauty 2015 aims to bring together eminent business leaders in the beauty industry from the Philippines and globally to congregate and tap the growing ASEAN cosmetics and beauty market with a population of over 600 million and a market size of over US$14 billion and still growing, with rising middle income and economic development giving rise to new beauty hubs in emerging South East Asia.
