Experts talk on the future of property sector in a seminar

-

Brace yourself before the bubble burst, which might happen any time soon.

The property sector has been experiencing an upswing because of the increasing demand for office spaces, residential condominiums and commercial buildings.

Government and property experts have attributed this to the opening of more business processing outsourcing (BPO) offices and the growing affluence of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).

Last year, OFWs remitted to the country US$24.3 billion and invested US$7 billion into property investments, particularly residential condominiums.

But when will this high demand for property investments coming to an end?

No one knows. Uncertainties abound, and they are often unavoidable.

Better be prepared for the worst, attend and participate in a seminar of two of the country's most sought after real property experts, Prof. Danilo Antonio and Prof. Enrique Soriano III.
