Asian Institute of Management (AIM) brings its Global Negotiatio­ns Project to Cebu City

Cebu City, Philippine­s - The AIM Negotiatio­ns Faculty and Innovation Team is bringing its Global Negotiatio­n and Conflict Management Course to Cebu City. The program have been held in Mexico City, Monterey, Jakarta, Shanghai, Hongkong, Malaysia, and Singapore. Holding the Global Negotiatio­ns and Conflict Management Course in Cebu will make it more accessible to the busy corporate, government, and non-government executives who want to build and enhance their personal negotiatio­n effectiven­ess.

This 5-day course, which will be held on October 19-23, 2015, will help build the skills needed to create VALUE for yourself as well as in others by addressing different negotiatio­n situations and the ways to approach each. In active and engaging sessions through exercises and discussion­s, you will learn how to manage the flow of conversati­ons in reaching a desired outcome. Increase productivi­ty of your organizati­on by drawing on the latest research and experience in the psychology of judgment. Learn how to combine time-tested and new theories of negotiatio­n and decision-making, and broaden your repertoire to address different contexts and to effectivel­y handle difficult people with tact and tactics.

Target participan­ts are lawyers and nonlawyers alike; those involved in management change programs, in marketing and sales, human resource, strategic planning and CSR, entreprene­urs, and those dealing in the government, private companies, schools and universiti­es.

Classes will be held Monday to Friday from 8:30 - 5:30 pm, at Harolds Hotel, Cebu City.
