RON ANTONIO, dubbed the “Philippines Celebrity Zumba Master”, is the epitome & embodiment of staying fit, healthy & younglooking. A former singer and recording artist and member of the all-male vocal group Wiseguys, Ron has found a second lease on life as a fitness professional. He has established his own dance & fitness studio called RADS GX, in Better Living, Parañaque for the purpose of helping people to stay fit & healthy.
Ron has been able to help people physically transform themselves, develop self-confidence, gain friends and improve their physical health and well-being. He has been building his fitness career since 2012, when he introduced zumba in the country. Next month, RADS GX—which has a fast-growing following—will be celebrating its third anniversary.
Amember of the International Zumba Instructor Network (“ZIN”), Ron has the full license to use the Zumba logo and all the benefits and privileges as an International ZIN. He helped mount some of the biggest Zumba events in recent memory, such as the successful collaboration with South Korea’s Jung Da Yeon, Asia’s Fitness Star, held April 2015 in Market! Market! The event, which drew a full house, was considered one of the country’s biggest and most exciting fitness collaborations. Because of its success, negotiations are now underway for a back-toback Asian Fitness Tour involving Jung Da Yeon and Ron.
While others conduct Zumba sessions in the usual way, Ron, a musician & a recording artist, combines music, dancing & live singing in each of his Zumba parties, thus making them more lively. The other plus in his pocket is his backup group consisting of talented rappers and a DJ. Mr. Cy, who is based in Cameroon in Africa, is a reggae performer while Maria Herrera is an international Hiphop artist.
On September 25, Ron will showcase another big event, the Zumba Party Extreme to be held in Market! Market!, Taguig, Everyone is invited to join and experience a Zum- ba party like no other. People can witness live vocal performances from Ron with special participation from Mr. Cy and Maria Herrera. The event will be attended and covered by the press and media. It is expected to be full-packed as Ron’s following throughout the metro will surely flock the venue along with other fitness enthusiasts. It will be a fusion of Latin music and pop hits as Ron will lead the participants in a calorie burning concert party!
