Achieving the APEC strategy: moving business and people beyond limits
THE PHILIPPINES can achieve higher performance levels guided by the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Strategy for Strengthening Quality Growth. This 2016, the business and people agenda must meet the challenge of driving innovation while sustaining best practices in an increasingly volatile world.
The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), the premier organization of people managers and HR practitioners in the country, presents an urgently needed and timely learning forum with speakers of diverse expertise to elevate discussion among CEOs, senior managers, business owners and all people managers.
PMAP’s International Relations Committee presents “Achieving the APEC Strategy: Moving Business and People Beyond Limits” on November 13, 2015 (9:00am - 5:00pm) at the Dusit Thani Hotel, Makati City. It serves as a catalyst to stimulate cross-functional collaboration and enhance strategy execution in both global and local organizations and businesses.
Ms. Florencia Gozon-Tarriela, Chairperson of the Board of the Philippine National Bank will be the Keynote Speaker with her presentation “Business and People Leadership to Achieve Strategy.” The remarkable line-up of speakers for this event are is composed of the following: Mr. Dhiren Ponnusamy, CFO - Stan- dard Chartered Bank Philippines (The Business and People Agenda in a Volatile Market); Mr. Willie J. Uy, President and CEO of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation (Call to Action: An Inclusive Business Success Model); Ms. Sarah McLeod, EVP - Q2 HR Solutions (Innovations on People Management); Mr. Gerry Plana, CEO- Investors in People (Sustainable Growth through Global Standards in Management Effectiveness); Mr. Ernie Espinosa, President - HR Gabay Asia Pacific (HR Best Practices That Transcend Cultures and Generations); Mr. Bjorn Martinoff, President and Founder of The Fortune 100 Coaches Network (Turn Around and Explosive Growth Through People); and Ms. Michelle Cordero Garcia, HR Director - SGS Gulf Limited (Inspiring and Leading Millenials).
