GSE Law Firm adopts new logo, announces promotions and new hires
Gerodias Suchianco Estrella (GSE) Law Firm welcomed 2016 with a brand new logo and announced new developments.
Coinciding with its 10th anniversary this January 2016, the Firm announced the admission of Vanessa "Vanec" C. Raymundo-Uy to the Partnership. Vanec obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines in 2003, and her Bachelor of Laws Degree from San Beda College of Law in 2008, ranked 4th, Order of Kalantiao Awardee. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009 (ranked 10th). As part of the Corporate Group, Vanec actively handles referrals in the fields of corporate and commercial law particularly taxation, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, investments, financing, and estate planning.
The Firm also announced, effective 01 January 2016, the elevation of Amabelle Grace "Che-lin" G. Mascardo-Macias (Silliman College '95, Silliman Law '01) and Jose "Joey" A. Ramos Jr. (Ateneo College '96, Ateneo Law '00), from Partner to Senior Partner, and Cheryl "Loy" Salda?a-de Leon from Junior Partner to Partner (Ateneo College '99, Ateneo Law '04), as well as the promotion of Christina Alma "Chrissie" M. Moral (Ateneo College '07, Ateneo Law '11) from Junior Associate to Associate.
Also effective 01 January 2016, Maria Farah "Dimples" Z.G. Nicolas-Suchianco and Raul Tito Maxelmo "Toby" A. Estrella shall be the Firm's Managing Partner and Co-Managing Partner, respectively.
Pia Isabel O. Co (Ateneo College '10, San Beda Law '14) recently joined the Firm as Junior Associate. The Firm also accepted as Legal Assistants Angiereen D. Medina (Saint Louis University '11, magna cum laude, San Beda Law '15, ranked 3rd), Jose Constantino C. Militante III (UP '10, Ateneo Law '15), and Jenny Marie T. de Leon (Saint Louis University '09, cum laude, San Beda Law '15, ranked 6th) who passed the CPA Licensure Board Examination in 2009.
From 3 partners, 6 associates and 5 support staff in January 2006, the Firm now has a complement of 9 partners, 19 associates, 3 legal assistants, and 37 support staff.
