Life coach training programs set

-

THE PHILIPPINE Society of Life Coaches is set to hold a new Life Coach Certification Program.

There are a number of Western-oriented life coaching programs being offered in the Philippines, but this particular program is both unique and su- perior because it is designed by Filipinos for Filipinos. It focuses on character development of the Life Coach, emphasizes strict adherence to ethical guidelines, and is highly experiential, with plenty of skills-building activities.

The training program will be facilitated by Randy Dellosa, a Filipino psychiatrist, clinical psychologist and certified life coach.

The Life Coach training program has three modules, with each module spread over three weekends. The first module is scheduled on March 19-20 and April 2-3, and will tackle the foundational principles and skills of life coaching.

Teaching methods used in this training program include self-awareness exercises, lectures, discussions, skills-building activities, video analysis, home assignments, actual practice and supervision. This is designed to be highly interactive, experiential, growth-triggering, life-changing and fun.

The program is designed for anyone who wants to be a life coach. Basic entry requirements include a college diploma, a high level of verbal and written communication skills and good moral character.

The tentative venue is 105 Scout Rallos St. Timog Ave. Quezon City.
