Uy cited the Urvan's strong diesel 2.5- L 4- cylinder engine as well as the trademark Nissan air- conditioning system as the two factors that influenced his choice.

Ambucare currently has two Nissan NV350 Urvan 15- seater units on duty, retrofitted as am- bulances. Uy prefers this model, as he finds its redesigned airconditioning vents system effective in providing a constant flow of cooling air for both driver and passengers alike. "It is important for us to also ensure our patient's comfort; I like how the Nissan NV350 Urvan dis- tributes the vents throughout the vehicle, as it gives us more flexibility when it comes to cooling".
