Stake your claim now on Vista Shaw.

Why is Mandaluyong fast becoming the better place to set down roots in Metro Manila? Aside from the fact that this heart-shaped city is literally located in the heart of Metro Manila - as well as central on the country's important artery, EDSA -Mandaluyong's recent past is key. Compared to the other metro's more bustling cities, Mandaluyong was once largely residential and industrial so many of the old homes still stand, making the city less congested than the more dynamic CBDs; and still teeming with green parks, century-old trees and quiet streets.

The city was also home to many of the metro's industrial and manufacturing plants, most of which boomed beside the Pasig River. Lately however, much of these have relocated to the newer industrial zones outside Metro Manila. This has significantly lessened the pollution problems the factories once created, as well as left behind vast properties that are being turned into commercial zones, business centers, and residential developments. A new dynamism gave rise to major capital investments into the city, transforming Mandaluyong into a promising business and financial centers of Metro Manila. Due to this, Mandaluyong was named the "Tiger City of the Philippines," a moniker it still holds to this day.

Rising with the city is a new and swanky condominium development positioned to allow access to the best that the city provides, while taking advantage of the views its towering and central location has to offer. It's called Vista Shaw, and it will loom over the metro from the Mandaluyong side of Shaw Boulevard.

In 2018, Vista Shaw becomes move-in ready.

The View of the Entire City is Stunning from 38 Floors Up

Panoramas are precious commodities when one lives within an urban nexus. Everything is up close and uncomfortably personal. But 38 storeys up, the world is your oyster - that comes with the gentle breeze from the city's high winds. Vista Shaw's Sky Deck recreates the calming resort escape so often daydreamed of when one lives in the city. Thirty- eight storeys into the Metro Manila sky, the deck is there to offer peace, escape and a whole lot of fun - all day, everyday. A social hall, a gym, a game lounge, pocket gardens, and sun deck will create the "sanctuary" vibe. The Sky Deck offers an impeccable vista of the metro's skylines. To the north is the exquisite greenery of the Wack Wack Golf course, one of the finest in the world - and the sprawl of San Juan. Turn northeast and ogle at the spires of Quezon City and Antipolo hills; to the south are the matchless towers of Makati; Pasig to the east, with its blend of residential villages and business high- rises; and to the west is the more eloquent expanse of Manila.

Vista Shaw's location is equally superb. Lying accessibly close to the metro's network of highways and transport hubs - including the MRT 2 - Vista Shaw is a stone's throw from the Ortigas CBD, and an easy 10 to 20 minutes from both Makati CBD and Bonifacio Global City. It stands at the crux between Pasig and Mandaluyong cities, and is another five minutes from both Quezon City and San Juan, allowing access to four more of the NCR's main urban centers.

The property also grants access to the entertainments necessary after a grueling workweek. The selection of nearby commercial and recreational centers, restaurants, supermarkets are immense. There are The Shangri-La Plaza, S&R Shaw, Cherry Foodarama, StarMall, Liberty Center, EDSA Central, Estancia Mall in Capitol Commons, and East Capitol Drive - a destination for the city's hippest and unique restaurants. For the residents' peace of mind, The Lourdes Hospital, Medical City, Cardinal Santos Hospital, Dr. Victor R. Potenciano Medical Center and the government hospital - Mandaluyong City Medical Hospital, will be easy to reach; and for those with children, the country's top schools - La Salle Greenhills, Xavier University, the Immaculate Concepcion Academy, Poveda College, and St. Paul College Pasig are very close by, as well as a host of excellent preschools. From Vista Shaw, one is front and center in a busy, dynamic metropolis and yet, safely cocooned from it.

Here, Both Yesterday and Today Blend Seamlessly

Vista Shaw will probably be the most ideal place to live in Mandaluyong City. The magnificent two-tower, 38-storey marvel will rise on prime land right at the corner of Laurel Street and Shaw Boulevard. Once owned by President Jose P. Laurel, the historical homestead was also the home of his son, Vice President Salvador Laurel, and one of the country's most esteemed families. To pay tribute to the property's history and prestige, the main mansion will remain a commercial hub connecting the twin towers as fluidly as it connects the past with the present, and creating for the residents a virtually self-contained vertical community where practically everything they need is a few floors down. The commercial area within the tower's property gives residents a 350 square-meter playground of commercial shops and restaurants.

The tower will be a nest of one- to twobedroom suites and studio apartments, each of the 38 residential floors offer a low-density collection of 20 to 23 units. Ranging from a cozy 22.4 square meters to a sizeable 60.8, the units are blueprinted using Vista Land's famed spaceplanning capabilities, making the areas look and feel bigger than they actually are.

Vista Shaw features top-tier building features including a concierge in the reception area that will be manned 24/7, a foyer with welcoming interiors, private mailboxes and an elevator lobby offering three passenger elevators and one service elevator that go from the basement parking to the Sky Deck. For the residents' safety, the tower will have 24/7 security, a stateof-the-art fire detection and suppression system, and an annunciator panel with emergency speakers in all floors. The magnificent exteriors of the tower - expertly designed by Pimentel Rodriguez Simbulan and Partners - will echo the brilliant conveniences inside, such as the Wi-Fi and CCTV system in all the common areas, standby-generators, a central garbage system, an elevated water tank and underground water cistern to back up the Manila Water system.
