Under Ecarp, schools initiate programs that promote reading and literacy. It also provides teacher training activities. Basa Pilipinas United States Agency For International Development (Usaid)Usaid Philippines This program is Usaid Philippines’ flagship basic education project in support of the government's implementation of the language and literacy component of the K to 12 curriculum for Grades 1 to 3. It seeks to improve reading instruction, reading delivery systems and access to quality reading materials.
