These challenges provide opportunities that could be capitalized upon for advantage but they also pose problems that limit organizational ability and capacity of people to respond to. We must heed the call to vigilance and to self-reinvention.

As we tread the path towards transformation, we must have a new mind set and begin to examine our ways of being, and of seeing and of doing.

Is our current worldview limiting the way we think about PICPA and our roles as Accountants?

Can we deepen or invent new ways of working together that empower us to become fully total persons?

Can we improve or reinvent PICPA into an institution that would strengthen and build upon our capacities and capabilities to leave a meaningful legacy to our stakeholders?

PICPA has a soul and a purpose. Weenlist our members to become the best they could be and involve them in bringing PICPA to where it should be and getting them to own up to the values and principles that it lives by. Werethink. Wechange. Wetransform. Wesustain. We are at the threshold of change the velocity of which is breathtaking.

We must embrace this change and transform ourselves and re-invent PICPA.

We must turn our focus on how relevant we are in today's changing world by deepening our awareness of ourselves and having a complete self-mastery that is the bedrock of all transformations. WESTEP UP. WELEVEL UP!
