JAPAN HOTEL CATERS TO FILIPINO MARKET

-

With visa rules relaxed, visiting Japan has become an option not only for budget-minded Filipinos, but for other Asian nationals, as well. The newlyopened Karaksa Hotel in Osaka and Kyoto caters mainly to Filipinos and tourists from Southeast Asian countries.

Owner and operator Xymax Corp., a premier asset and property management company in Japan, planned, designed, studied and developed Karaksa Hotels, considering Asian market preference: comfortable beds, room temperature, clean and efficient toilet and baths, strategically-placed electrical outlets, even strong Wi-Fi signal. And to make it accessible, particularly to the Filipino market, Xymax Corp. partnered with Robinsons Land Corp.’s Go Hotels chain, which was Karaksa’s design peg.

For only P6,000+ per night, guests can relax in a fully airconditioned room with complete facilities, including a separate toilet and bath—with fully automated toilet seats—sanitized slippers, freshly washed pajama set, toi- letries and free breakfast.

There’s a social lounge with vending machines and coin-operated massage chairs where guests can relax. Just across it is the dining hall where breakfast is served.

Karaksa Hotels also offers free round-trip airport shuttle service so guests can save as much as P1,600 per person (round trip via train) until March 31, 2017.

Guests will be transported comfortably and safely by a professional driver to Karaksa Hotels in a brand-new eight- seater, Wi-Fi equipped van, allowing guests to relax before hitting the shops at Shinsaibashi, Universal Studios, Osaka Castle, Dotombori, Shinsaibashi and Rinku Premium Outlet.

The free airport shuttle service is exclusively available for Cebu Pacific passengers flying to Osaka via Kansai International Airport and staying at Karaksa Hotels’ Osaka Shinsaibashi location. Guests simply need to book their hotel through the Go Hotels website and present their boarding passes upon arrival at the bus loading area.
