Phoenix Petroleum appoints new COO

Phoenix Petroleum Philippine­s, Inc. has named Henry Albert R. Fadullon its new chief operating officer (COO) effective April 17.

Fadullon will replace Romeo B. de Guzman, who will move into his new role as vice chair of the board of directors and the senior strategic adviser.

De Guzman will work with Fadullon to ensure a smooth transition.

“Bong’s appointmen­t is a clear demonstrat­ion of our rigorous search for the best management talent in the petroleum industry,” Phoenix Petroleum president and chief executive officer Dennis A. Uy said. “It reflects our fundamenta­l belief that Phoenix Petroleum is on track to becoming a major player in the business.”

Prior to his appointmen­t at Phoenix, Fadullon served Shell Shared Services (Asia) B.V. as general manager for its global businesses. He brings in 25 years of experience in the petroleum industry.
