The PAREB - Quezon City Real Estate Board, Inc. (QCRB) recently conducted its seminar on Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. (PAREB) Task Force Anti-Colorum in preparation for PAREB's 57th Year Anniversary on May 15, 2017 with a special focus on its campaign to welcome non-licensed real estate practitioners to join its ranks through education and accreditation with the Professional Regulation Commission; and to expose and litigate unscrupulous non-licensed real estate practitioners who continue to defy the Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines.
