DEAN ROQUE TO SPEAK AT OLOPSC GRADUATION

The Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College (OLOPSC) is pleased to announce that the highly respected Dean from the San Beda Graduate School of Business, Dr. Ramon Ricardo A. Roque, CESO I, Diplomate, will serve as this year’s commencement exercise speaker.

Through the invitation of the OLOPSC President Dionisio Alonzo Salvador and Mrs. Carmen Caday Salvador, Dr. Roque will address the graduating class of 2017 at the OLOPSCHall on May 31, 2017.

The commencement speaker is currently the Deputy Sec- retary General of the House of Representatives and a CESO I holder, the highest distinction for a career service Official in the government.

He is also one of the Trustees of San Beda Manila and Rizal serving for 18 long years as of today.

A Bedan since grade school, he obtained his degree in commerce major in management from San Beda. He thereafter received his Masters in Business Administration with highest honors (Meritissimus), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Resource Management (Summa Cum Laude) both from the University of Santo Tomas. Dr. Roque also finished two management certificate courses from Harvard University and Columbia University.

A newspaper columnist, a regular trainor on Human Resource Management, a regent of Quezon City Polytechnic University, a board member of six state universities, and president of various organizations, Dr. Roque will share to the graduates his life-lessons in the profession, as school administrator, as public servant and as a leader.
