Pan Pacific Manila once again staged a promotiona­l coup with its culinary and cultural showcase of Spanish tapas and premium wines. Organized in close collaborat­ion with Titania Wine Cellars Inc., the one-night-only tapas event gave hotel guests and diners the opportunit­y to binge on a wide array of cold and hot Spanish tapas, delicattes­en meat, cheese tapas, and Spanish specialty dessert. Paige Meneses, director of sales and marketing of Titania Wine Cellars Inc. made a wine pairing discussion on the five select reds, whites, and rose. Wine Flights and Tapas at Pacific Lounge showcases a flight of five premium red, rose, white wines from Titania Wines Cellar Inc. each paired with a small, delectable bite. Savory Spanish tapas selection menu includes Spanish Oyster Cocktail, Egg Flamenco on Tostadas, Gambas al Ajillo Skewer, Spanish Tortilla, Callos a la Madrileña, Pinchito Morunos, Lengua Skweres, Pizza Band, Tapas of Chesse, cooked vegetables, and delicattes­sen meat such as Chorizo Pamplona, Jamon Serrano, and Iberico Sausage, and a delectable line-up of Spanish desserts including Miguelitos, Churros, Crema de Catalan, and Tarte de Santiago paired with Viña Albali Verdejo, Viña Albali Temperanil­lo, Musso Chardonnay, Musso Temperanil­lo, and Duet Rose.
