HOPPLER: MAKING BUYING, SELLING PROPERTY PERSONAL AGAIN

-

Philippine culture has always revolved around relationships and trust. Filipinos value personal relationships as much as they value the trust that emanates from them. This is why Filipinos have always been known to be some of the most cautious buyers in the world.

This is even more true when Filipinos buy something as personal and as major as real estate. When buying a property, Filipinos always look for that perfect house—one that is in the right location, with the right price, and which serves their needs perfectly.

Although there may be thousands of available properties for sale that buyers can choose from, Filipinos want to buy from someone they can trust, someone who has been referred by a family member or a “trusted friend.”

The problem with family referrals is that buyers will effectively be limiting their property choices. The result? Their chances of buying the house that is perfect for them diminishes considerably.

Using the power of digital technology, Hoppler aims to be that “trusted friend” or family member who can introduce buyers to hundreds of trustworthy brokers with thousands of listed properties from which they can choose their perfect home.

More than this, Hoppler provides an added personal touch by staying with the buyer every step of the way.

“Right now, Hoppler has a growing network of over 600 real estate professionals plus an affiliate marketing program that reaches an estimated 1,500 more real estate professionals,” said Hoppler founder and CEO Ramon Ballesca Jr. “And we intend to increase those numbers exponentially in the coming months.”

Hoppler’s official website and the mobile app give access to the main ecosystem where brokers, buyers, and sellers initially connect, interact, and ultimately close deals.

Hoppler has a “Partner Broker Program” that aims to support the company’s mission of connecting buyers and sellers with an online network of trustworthy real estate professionals. The program not only further expands Hoppler’s broker and property network, it helps partner brokers get more leads and close deals.

Partner brokers can list properties with exclusivity on Hoppler’s system on a “first come, first served” basis.

Brokers can upload all the properties they manage whether residential or commercial without any upfront fees. They can even manage their lists on the go through an app, and be notified when someone inquires about their listed property.

Hoppler only assigns a qualified lead to a broker after it goes through a screening process to provide an efficient, streamlined experience for the client. This ensures that brokers can maximize their time, get more leads, and be able to close more deals.

As of end October this year, Hoppler’s Partner Broker Program has come up with more than 20,000 property listings.

“Hoppler is a company that honors local culture by ensuring that our business model creates relationships based on trust,” Ballesca expained. “We want to make buying and selling properties personal again-with personalized end-to-end service where we take care of people first, and then the property will follow.”
