PAG-IBIG FUND CHIEF AT CREBA MONTHLY MEET
Home Development Mutual Fund president and chief executive officer Acmad Rizaldy P. Moti was the guest of honor and speaker at this year’s third monthly business meeting of the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) held at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati City yesterday. This was announced by Charlie A. V. Gorayeb, CREBA national chairman and Noel Toti M. Carino, national president. Before assuming the top post at the Pag-IBIG Fund in 2017, Moti served as the Fund’s deputy chief executive officer since 2011 handling the home lending operations cluster and earlier in 2008 as senior vice-president in-charge of the information technology services sector. In the private sector, he held key executive positions at the Asia United Bank and Chinatrust between 2006-2008. Founded in 1973, CREBA is the Philippine umbrella organization of the real estate and housing industry. Its members are property developers, builders, contractors, suppliers and manufacturers of construction materials, real estate service practitioners and other stakeholders engaged in more than 68 allied fields. Towards its vision of “A Home for Every Filipino,” CREBA’s aspirations for the homeless sector are embodied in its “FIVE-POINT AGENDA FOR HOUSING,” a package of policy and als developed legislative reform over the propos- years which target the provision of 500,000 housing units per year to address homelessness within a period of 20 years.
