SPRING OAKS BREAKS GROUND IN LB

For its reputation of being a progressiv­e resort town, Los Baños, Laguna has attracted many businesses and investors. Among them is trusted property developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (SLLI).

Sta. Lucia laid the foundation of its latest residentia­l offering, Spring Oaks Residences, in Los Baños on March 17 in a barrio fiesta-themed launch.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was participat­ed in by Exequiel D. Robles, president and chief executive officer of Sta. Lucia Realty and Developmen­t Inc. (SLRDI); William D. Santos, national sales director for Horizontal Sales Channel, Orchard Property Marketing Corporatio­n (OPMC); Antonio D. Robles, OPMC senior vice president; Manny Miranda, municipal coordinato­r of Los Baños 2nd District; Cesar P. Perez, municipal mayor of Los Baños; Antonio L. Kalaw, municipal councilor of Los Baños; Eduardo U. Tirona, OPMC president; Leticia C. Concepcion, barangay captain of Lalakay, Los Baños; Teresa D. Severo, OPMC vice president for finance and administra­tion.

Also present at the launch were Mariza Santos-Tan, treasurer/director, SLRDI; Narcisa Casas Diaz, negotiator; Anthony P. Tirona, OPMC national sales director for Vertical Sales Channel; Sheila M. Garcia, OPMC sales services manager; and Brgy. Lalakay officials, Josephine Alba, Marcelo Torres, Guadencio Macatangay, Katherine Biscante, Lilia Lawas and Arlene Espocia.

A holy Mass was led by Msgr. Espedito Juano of (Immacu- late Conception Church Los Baños. OPMC’s national sales director for horizontal sales channel, William D. Santos gave the welcome remarks, followed by a mayor’s address from Los Banos municipal mayor Cesar P. Perez. In line with the launch’s theme, a “Palarong Pinoy” was held and partipated in by Spring Oaks clients & OPMC’s Business Partners & Associates.

Spring Oaks is an expansion of Lakewood Residentia­l Estates in Los Banos. The upcoming 17-.7 ha developmen­t will provide homebuyers the option to invest in and build their dream home right in the naturally abundant resort town.

More than 500 residentia­l lots will be available for homebuyers while 10 commercial areas are allotted for those wanting to do business within this masterplan­ned community.
